We have transformed a natural shelter, inhabited as far back as the pre-Nuragic era, into a spectacular wine cellar with a tastings room. Here we offer cured meats, hams and cheeses that come from nearby farms or have been carefully selected from small local producers.


Every evening, from 7 p.m. on, we serve these delicacies with preserves, pickles and traditional breads, paired with a fragrant Vermentino di Gallura white, or one of the many wines of the island stocked in our cellar. We also offer a selection of national labels, selected during our travels around Italy.

The cavern is open to non-residents upon request only.
