We have transformed a natural cave, inhabited as far back as the pre-Nuragic era, into a wine cellar and tasting room. Here we offer cured meats, hams and cheeses sourced from nearby farms or carefully selected small local producers.
We serve these platters with preserves, pickles and traditional breads, paired with a Vermentino di Gallura or a selection of wines from the island, with a particular focus on indigenous grape varieties.
