APERITIF
The evening aperitif is cherished daily ritual at Gallicantu. Guests travel from the coastal resorts to find a refreshingly cool oasis beneath our centuries-old olive trees, and to enjoy the local produce we select with care.

SUNDAY PIZZA
FROM SUNDAY 7 JUNE 2026
Sundays at Gallicantu are all about pizza fresh from the wood-fired oven. Served in the King’s Garden, as a master pizza maker prepares dough and ingredients just steps away. Choose from a classic margherita, marinara or vegetarian pizza, alongside platters of cured meats and cheeses from the island, and finish with our homemade dessert.

WINE TASTING IN THE CAVERN
Let us guide you through the wines of Sardinia. Vermentino di Gallura, Cannonau, Carignano, and Nasco are just a few of the island’s most distinctive grape varieties. The tasting includes four glasses of wine, paired with a curated selection of charcuterie, cheeses, and pickles from small local producers.

Jazz under the trees
Every Thursday in July and August, live music accompanies the aperitif under our centuries-old olive trees. Outside guests are welcome by advance booking, as places are limited.
Duration: from 7.30pm
Cost per person: €60 (includes concert, platter of premium cured meats, cheeses, and vegetable pickles, a pasta dish and a dessert. Drinks not included)
COOKING CLASSES
Learn how to prepare the quintessential cuisine of the Gallura region, dishes prepared in homes across the region to mark special occasions. You’ll make chiusoni and acciuleddi and sit down to enjoy them at the end of the lesson.

WATERCOLOUR PAINTING COURSE
Try out watercolour painting with Simona Tavassi, a respected artist and professional painter. Start with the foundations and express your creativity through colour, you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve.

Have you ever practised in the woods? In the shade of centuries-old trees, with the scent of myrtle and wild herbs in the air, you will find a small practice area where Marco, owner and federal PGA AA professional, is on hand for lessons.

EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL TASTING
We will guide you through the finest monocultivars of Sardinia: Semidana, Nera di Villacidro, Bosana, Nera di Oliena, and an oil pressed from wild trees.
The tasting includes bread, a touch of salt, and a glass of wine from our cellar.
In warmer months, the tasting takes place under the shade of our ancient trees, with the option to visit the Cavern before or after the session.
